No purchase is required.  A purchase will not improve your chance of winning.  This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States only.  This Sweepstakes is subject to all Federal, Provincial and local laws.  Void where prohibited by law.  In Canada:  To be eligible, a person must have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which he/she resides.  In U.S.A.:  To be eligible a person must be 18 years of age or older and over the age of majority in their state of residence.

Employees, officers or directors of icewhitediamond.com and any entities involved in the creation, development, administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, their respective immediate families and/or persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled are not eligible to participate.

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of a “Pair of 14K White Gold Diamond Stud Earrings – ½ CT TW”.  Diamonds are Canadian Certified, of VS quality and F-G colour.  Retail value of the prize is $1,400.00 (One Thousand, Four Hundred Dollars).  Winner is solely responsible for all expenses relative to acceptance/use of prize that are not specified herein. Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitution. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part.

To participate in the Sweepstakes, enter online at www.icewhitediamond.com.  Sweepstakes Period:  The Sweepstakes begin on November 3, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and close on December 29, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).  Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes.  To enter, input your e-mail address in the indicated field and fill in all other relevant fields.  Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any device to enter multiple times will be disqualified.  In event of dispute, on-line entries will be confirmed by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.  "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, On-Line Service Provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

The Prize winner will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries received.  The Prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner.

You may also submit an entry by printing your name, address, including postal code, daytime phone number, birth date and e-mail address on a 3”x5” card, and mailing same by pre-paid mail to:  Holiday Sweepstakes, c/o Icewhitediamond.com, 1595 – 16th Avenue, Suite 301, Richmond Hill, Ontario  L4B 3N9.  Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.  No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.  All mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the Sweepstakes Close Date and received no later than January 9, 2009.

The random draw will be held on or around January 15, 2009 by Sponsor.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification:  Selected entrant will be notified within 24 hours of the prize drawing.  If selected entrant entered online, he/she will be contacted by e-mail only at the e-mail address provided when entering.  If selected entrant entered via mail, he/she will be contacted by mail and/or phone.  If the selected entrant does not respond to prize notification within seven (7) days, or if the selected entrant does not comply with these Rules & Regulations, that entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit any right to the Prize (without compensation of any kind) and another entrant will be selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrant to receive notification.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules & Regulations and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.  The selected entrant will be required to complete a Price Claim Form confirming compliance with the Sweepstakes Rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded.

Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer system, property or anything stored on or related thereto as a result of participation in, or otherwise in connection with this Sweepstakes.  By participating, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless icewhitediamond.com, its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, and/or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Be participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting the price, prize winner acknowledges having read and accepted these Rules.  Winner authorizes Sponsor to announce and publish (and/or otherwise use for purposes of advertising/trade/promotion) his/her name (first name and first letter of last name only) on icewhitediamond.com’s website without further compensation or notification.

Failure to comply with the Rules & Regulations or to timely sign and return the Prize Claim Form will result in disqualification and another entrant will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries received.

Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, or for technical, equipment, network, electronic, computer hardware or software malfunction or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry by Sponsor, even if it affects ability to enter this Sweepstakes.  Sponsor is also not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, delayed, damaged, illegible or postage due entries.  All entries become the property of the Sponsor.  If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  In such event, notice will be posted at www.icewhitediamond.com.  Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Sweepstakes or the web site or to be acting in violation of these Rules & Regulations.  Your personal information is subject to the icewhitediamond.com Privacy Policy.  If you are not in full agreement wit the terms of the Privacy Policy, do not enter the Sweepstakes on-line.

The retail value set out above does not include applicable goods and services tax, provincial, state or sales and use taxes.  Winner is not required to pay such tax upon receipt of the prize.  All other taxes on prize other than taxes specifically referred to in these Rules are the responsibility of the winner.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction:  The entrant herby agrees that by entering this Sweepstakes, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules & Regulations, or the rights and obligations of entrant and icewhitediamond.com in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
